Victorian Railways' S class streamlined steam locomotives: S301 and S302 were streamlined in June-August 1937 prior to the release of the "Spirit Of Progress"
"Edward Henty", S302, hauled the inaugural Spirit Of Progress, departing Spencer Street at 6.30pm on Tuesday, 23 November 1937.
S300 - "Matthew Flinders", S301 - "Sir Thomas Mitchell", S302 - "Edward Henty", S303 - "C J LaTrobe" as in service late 1930s to 1940s (S303 was not outshopped in streamlining and Spirit livery till Oct 1938).
