Postage

Regular Postage Within Australia:

The above prices include regular postage to any address within Australia

Express Postage Within Australia:

  • One pack: add $5.00 to order
  • Two packs: add $2.50 to order
  • Three or more packs sent Express Post at no extra charge (if the recipient's postcode is served by Express Post).

International Postage:

We post world-wide and accept all major credit cards.

Typically, international postage costs add AU$5.00 to each pack for regular Air Mail. We will confirm exact postage costs by email before billing your credit card. Email us at sales@teamalco.com.au for exact costs, or for details of Express Post International charges.

You are responsible for any import duties, sales tax, GST, VAT or any other fees and charges on receipt.

Despatch

Once we receive and confirm payment, we post your order from Sunshine, Victoria. If we receive and confirm your order by 4.00pm Eastern Standard Time, we'll post your purchases on the same day.

Product Warranty

Please note that all software purchases are final and no refunds will be given: the product contents are clearly described elsewhere on the web site.

We are happy to replace any defective media: simply post the disk back to our Sunshine despatch address and a replacement disk will be forwarded by return mail.

Mail Order

Print and complete this form (a 20k PDF document) and enclose it with your payment by money order, cheque or credit card payable to team-ALCO: post it to the address on the form.

Your pack will be despatched from Sunshine, Victoria after funds have been cleared.

Order by Facsimile & Credit Card

Print and complete this order form (a 20k PDF document) and fax to the number on the form for quick delivery - credit card payments only.

Order By Email & EFT

Email & Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT via internet banking): send an email to to sales@teamalco.com.au, detailing your requirements, name and postal address.

We'll send you the necessary account details and description code by return email. Once we receive and confirm payment (almost instantly for Commonwealth Bank Netbank account holders, overnight from other bank accounts), we will post your purchase.

This is a fast, safe and convenient way to order our products online if you don't want to use a credit card.

Please note: return email addresses must be a valid ISP-based address (ie NOT hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc).

This purchase option is available only to purchasers holding an Australian bank account.
